Riparian attributes include: 1) in-stream thermal loading, bare earth (sensitivity), 2) current shade-thermal energy, 3) most effective shade (where increased shade would be most effective), 4) current in-stream wood recruitment (average, across all diameters), 5) current in-stream wood recruitment (multiple diameter classes) and 6) thermal refugia (three types).

 

Riparian attributes are generally available to those users who have access to NetMap's Virtual Watersheds and Analysis Tool. If ythese attributes are not available for your own watershed, please contact us.
